While I do agree that this is not a joystick, I instantly had flashbacks to my beloved Tac 2. It completely changed my life ... or at least the part of my life that revolved around Summer Games on the Commodore 64. I was fast!

Our website, Exit133, is a blog style hyperlocal website about Tacoma, Washington that emphasizes the civic discussion. While we're treated as media and reporters (good or bad - depending on the day) by every level of government, we're blocked by Websense for being in the category "Message Boards and Clubs".

We do have a forum on the site now. So I could see the message board thing now. Yet, we were being blocked well before the forums went online. And our comments are far less acidic and disturbing than those on the local newspaper website.

The irony is that the city government we cover now uses Websense for their web filtering. At this point we haven't heard of city employees being blocked from viewing us - unlike the local companies that use the same product. Maybe they didn't check that particular box.

I remember trying to come up with a few of these shirts when I was working in Tomorrowland (Submarine Voyage and Space Mountain). I think we tended to be overly ambitious. "come up with something pithy that includes subs, space mountain, autopia, Monorail, people mover, Star Tours, and (unfortunately) captain Eo" And keep it to three colors or less... and make it scalable to a few inches across.

Ah the memories. Some day a photo will show up in my inbox of me in white submariner pants, white shirt, and the oh-so-nice baby blue/yellow ascot. It's a look I haven't tried to pull off in a long time. I fear that day.
