It's a colon after beverages, not a period. But it's still poorly worded. They should have "Do not" instead of "Cannot". It should be:
Alcoholic Beverages: Do not deliver to intoxicated persons.
The way they have it it means much the same thing but it's more like:
(You) cannot deliver (this) to intoxicated persons.

I did something similar to this for a promo for podcasts.(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSGrHT7cpt4) I only used a single movie as source and didn't put nearly as much effort into the editing. But I'm a writer, not an editor.
It's also worth noting that there's a significant amount of public domain music for use as well.

Podcasting has already developed to the stage where many podcasts could compete with radio (and sound almost indistinguishable). It won't be long before vidcasts do the same. The real hangup with the video though is the money. It's easy enough to do an audio podcast with just a cheap mic, but using just a webcam shows.
I think next year's pilots could originate from web based productions; if not this year, then soon. The Internet is a good testing ground for artists and a place to develop ideas and skills.

ISPs have been keeping track of users for years. They keep a record of what account is accessing what ISP and when. They will even track an account if there's suspicion of abuse. Though they don't bother keeping track of specific activity otherwise. Still, if all the records are brought together it can be possible to figure out what someone was doing provided the user doesn't make extensive effort to hide themselves.

They really need this in stores for Halloween, not Christmas. It's not exactly something children are going to wear to church Christmas morning.
I'm sure there's going to be those who haven't been watching the new Dr. Who who are going to mistake it as a Cthulhu mask.

This is the same reason Affirmative Action and downsizing was so popular during the early 90s. It gave them a chance to lay off many older (primarily white male) employees and get younger cheaper ones to replace them. What's worse is that the younger ones were often working just as hard or harder at lower wages than those who were laid off but changes in the job titles fooled them into not realizing that. So a lot of women and minorities were cheated without realizing it.
