Well technically since we live in a democracy, we are the government. So would we all get a cut from publishing the laws? And wouldn't we all be able to use it how ever we want since we all own the copyright?

there are emotions tied to the sounds of words. Perhaps if you look at the emotion around the sounds in the language, it could give insight on how people perceive the colors.

I like it. It looks really clean and nice.
But what I liked about the last design was that it was roughish and fun. I'll probably get used to it soon.
