"Dramatic" demolitions? No, not really. He did use the fire at the bottom method as opposed to dynamite, but his real preference was to sit at the top and knock it down brick by brick, throwing the debris down the chimney and out of a chute through a hole built at the bottom.

Of course, this method could take weeks or months. But it's scarcely dramatic.

What I want to know is - whatever happened to Donald?

This is one of those cases where use of the word 'missing' seems rather weaselly... the guy forgot it. He had a Philip K.Dick robot head, and he forgot to take it with him. You might forget to get your sponge bag, an mp3 player, your glasses... but a Philip K.Dick robotic head?

Suing the airline seems like a feeble attempt to shift the responsibility to me...

The 50's films aren't great, but anything with Alistair Sim in is going to be worth watching... and George Cole is excellent as well.

And those school uniforms and stockings... oh my...

It is a fine illustration... looks like it might be by Wally Fawkes (aka Trog) or maybe even Wille Rushton.

Yep, the BBC series was very good; Ian Richardson played several characters, from a German officer to a Scottish petty crook, and was excellent throughout.
