RE: The photo. Negotiations were undertaken over how to enter the court that cold morning to get a cuppa in the public restaurant. As one SCOTUS officer put it, "anything you are wearing that furthers your cause" must come off. Of course, had we been wearing nike or other corporate logos it wouldn't have been an issue. The cause of corporate free speech has friends in high places, no?
