Heh, IAATC (I am a toy collector!). It's not from the Marvel Masterworks line (that line died out after just two figures!), although you are correct in identifying it as the bottom half of the Sentinel Rover build-a-figure. It was from Series 10 of the Marvel Legends line, and as you stated, it isn't broken, just incomplete. It is missing the top torso, and right and left arm pieces.
