#1 I don't think you're the only one, but I think too that times, and art, are a'changin. Myself, I love this kind of kind of thing, when someone's self enters my day in an unexpected way.

Government censorship and intrinsic conspiracy seems abundant at the Denver airport. Looks like they've got the Masons, time capsules, swastika runways, and a 'weird-ass' mural going on too!

"For example, when the mad cow scare was at its hight in the UK, I sent in a (not very funny) cartoon depicting a 'boneless cattle farm' - the editor wrote back saying that two other cartoonists had turned in the exact same gag."

Great example! In the early 80s Gary Larson did a cartoon of the Boneless Chicken Ranch, with limp chickens draped over fences. Seems like that might have invaded your subconscious as well.

Computer recycler threatened by bureaucratic nightmare

September 16, 2007 6:11pm

Arrgh. I used to be the Tech. Coordinator for a small school district. This was the only place we could afford to legally get rid of old computers, and when I took over we had an entire portable building crammed full of them. No one knew what to do with them. If the ACCRC goes away lots of people will lose a valuable resource, on both ends of the stream.
