How does the school bus system work in the states?
that does seem one thing where you have something better than here in the UK. Here in London when the schools are off (particularly the private schools) the traffic is dramatically better, as so many parents drive their kids to school.
does school buses mean that you have enormous numbers of school buses unused for the rest of the day?
who is employed to drive them?
