Far out! It would be cooler yet to figure out how to make the cornstarch glow in the dark... mix it w/ glowstick juice rather than water?

I would *love* a car that drives itself, but I'd think this would really jack up the amount of driving people do, which isn't necessarily a good thing. Wouldn't it be tempting just to roll the seat back and snooze out while your car drives through the night? As much driving as we do, I think the effort and discomfort involved in long trips deters us to some extent from driving as much as we might.

Kinda reminds me of Claire Fischer's mask pieces in Six Feet Under.

Not to be a stickler but oxygen itself doesn't actually ignite, right? I believe it's more like an excess of oxygen causes a cigarette to burn much, much faster than it ought to.

Of course, stealing cartoon characters is a time-honored tradition that continues to this day.
