Many of the microSD cards come with full-size SD adapters, so you can slip them into your camera, etc. Often, the micro with an adapter is cheaper than the full-size SD. Go figure.

I recommend you give the people at the Institute for Justice (www.ij.org) a call. IJ has handled many cases like these, and I believe they will provide sound advice.
