I always hated the fact that you'd spend lots of money and time building an RC plane, and then it would crash once, and basically that was it.

It is amazing how much of an effect Devo had on who I am today. I was only three when they were on SNL, but my three older brothers all owned energy domes and yellow jumpsuits. I remember waiting for them to come home from the concerts to ask if Booji Boy had shown up. I also remember hearing the Stones' original recording of "Satisfaction" and thinking it was a remake.

They were definitely successful in subverting my life, for the better!
