I participated last weekend for 24 Hour Comic Day at Krypton Comics in Omaha, Nebraska. I did my first 24 Hour book in high school back in 1994 and it blew (obviously since you are making it up as you go in most cases). This year I spent the first hour working out the basic plot and making sure I told a complete story. It turned out pretty good considering. Like Dan said, it is all about your time-budgeting skills (nice one, btw Dan)!
