I'm pretty curious to hear the dialogue between "Shut up! Shut up!", and when they walked away. Was it along the lines of: "Fine, I don't even care!"?

I was unaware that the word "midget" was derogatory. Why does it convey a negative connotation? Or is it just "not PC"? Such as "African-American" is the politically correct term, but my friends just refer to themselves as "black".
