Cool story. Love the idea of a constantly changing structure, even if, as a child of the 20th Century, I have trouble picturing myself living in one. Yet I suppose human beings have constantly changed their societies, the ways they live - it is just that it has speeded up now. (Ah yes, all the profound, yet blindingly obvious observations of a yahoo.)
