Interesting. As far as I know nobody has been up to the challenge to write a story using only the 49 words in Green Eggs and Ham (compared to the whopping 236 words in The Cat in the Hat.

Ted Geisel was an amazing man.

Perhaps one day there'll even be practical molecular computers built from this very 2,3 Turing machine. With tapes a bit like RNA strands, and heads moving up and down like ribosomes.

This kind of stuff blows my mind. That something so simple can exhibit behavior so complex.

Which is cool because nobody is suggesting this is the case. There are two seperate things that have been suggested:

1. This guy right now is only suspected of being the guy in the photographs. He hasn't been proven guilty.

2. If he is guilty, he isn't merely a pedophile (which shouldn't be a crime per se because it would be a thoughtcrime). If guilty, he is a child molester which I think we can all agree should be a crime.

Okay. Hopefully that clears things up.

How do they have greater surface area than chips? If you cut inbetween each of those spirals, you would just have potato chips. Isn't the potato spiral essentially just one really long potato chip?
