Not true. I talked to a cop in Boston who did the exact same thing - parked in front of a hydrant to go get food. When he came out, I asked him if he would give himself a ticket. He grinned to stupidly and said "no".

"Because you're above the law you enforce, right?"

"Yup," he said, "I am."

After reading this I bought crack, went to an orgy and joined the church of Satan. Now I'm off to get exfoliated.

I hope no one else read about it this country is in big trouble.
