pps every since I met the guy he gave me the creeps. There have been talk that he goes to bars and hits on women and gets persistent. One time so persistent that the Woman's boyfriend clocked him one.

I work for Oklahoma county where this guy is a commissioner. Let me start out by stating that he is an absolute NUTCASE with a capital N. He has been one of the worst trouble makers My County office has ever seen. The sheriff mentioned in the article and in the comic bought patrol cars using Grant money not money from the County General fund and was chastised for it. Oklahoma County is the largest in the state. As a result of that Oklahoma county has been growing and the law enforcement in the unincorporated areas has an increased presence. He also stated in the comic he came up with the idea of a business plan and hired a business planner, that was absolutely false. The idea of a business plan was started before he was even a commissioner. He is close to being put in jail for a while for both the State charges of campaign fraud but also tax evasion by the IRS. This guy is absolutely an irritating jerk who I hope soon gets ousted even if it means they have to write a law to recall him.

You should look up RC Airplane combat. They use cheap planes with streamers and dogfight until streamers are cut. They wear hardhats and have a blast.

I happen to live in Oklahoma and Dibble is the only town according to the original story that has a silly ordinance like that. Sometimes in Oklahoma they neglect to take old laws of the law books. Then all it takes is to piss off a neighbor and have them know the ordinance exists to get a ticket like that.
