I am also having trouble reconciling the "baby bat" and "big as her hand" comments ... if it was a baby bat tucked into a padded pocket, I guess I can see how she didn't notice, especially if the bat was snoozing most of the time. if it was as big as her hand, she should have noticed and it couldn't have been a baby ...

Personally I am very happy with the R4DS, especially after the latest firmware update. It allows me to use a microSD card which has been super convenient, especially since it comes with a sexy microSD USB dongle thingy. Yes, that's the technical term.

I think it's a sad state of affairs when people are being arrested for what is, essentially, the choice to NOT endanger themselves or anyone else, while drunk.

This guy could have gotten behind the wheel of a vehicle, or tried to "walk it off" and wandered into a busy intersection, or chosen one of a host of other deangerous activities to do while intoxicated.

But instead he chose to sleep it off in a small, enclosed, safe place that only fit one person: him. So let's arrest him!!!
