FWIW, I reallly liked Just Imagine, enough that I spent a few years trying to track down a copy after seeing it at a film festival several years ago. It airs occasionally on Fox Movie Channel.

I also worked for WorldWinner for a bit (not directly, for a company that was outsourced to do their techsupport) and met Steve.. very approachable guy. He even signed my copies of Hitchhiker's and Bureaucracy.
I was thrilled to read all this stuff but find myself agreeing with the commenter (not here, on the original site) who was a bit peeved to see his private emails posted for the world to read

If you believe the second sentence of that, I invite you to consider whether a teacher would be more likely to ban a robot from her classroom or a toy Walther p38 pistol. 'course, these days, you wouldn't get into the building with it.
The cool of it was just that you had one toy that you could turn into another, not any kind of subterfuge.
