I would contend that The Shaggs created some of the most unlistenable music out there. Championed as glorious "outsider music" heroes, Frank Zappa even named their only album one of his favorite records. I dare anyone to listen to the whole thing....

i grew up in the late seventies and all the playgrounds had these built in, standard. now all the playgrounds are made of bark chips and fiberglass. sad.
