That's probably true for most people. I'm actually more a fan of subnotebooks for their size rather than their weight: I'm annoyed by bulky laptop bags, but my XO fits easily into my 10"-wide satchel.

I haven't put it to a huge amount of use yet, but I picked up the folding keyboard from Matias for use with my XO. Why use tiny keys when a full-size can fit into the space of two paperbacks?

The only thing I have to add to this is that there's no need to resort to the term "coffee cuff" when the word zarf exists.

That's really interesting. One of the big flaws in Abrams's work has always been his inability to construct a satisfying payoff for a long mystery. Perhaps he hasn't realized that many people want to open the box eventually and have what's inside make sense. (Ideally, it would take your breath away with how unexpected, yet absolutely right it is. But very few people have ever pulled this off.)
