that link's not there. google sells me the book as being copyrighted or stuff - i can search within it and then get these wrips of paper with little or no content of the book.

maybe it matters from which country i access the service.

don't mind me asking, but can i actually read that book at google? the morbid-anatomy blog says yes, but i can't figure out how.
