Not shown here is the 4 hours we spent after this prank doing a different prank that took place in Starbucks. I guess the footage did not turn out well so it was scrapped.

I pissed in a Mountain Dew bottle the other day and then realized it could be called "Mountain Piss" and sold to rich idiots if you put some crappy marketing text on the side of the bottle that says something like "Mountain Piss water has been proven to reduce signs of aging. Drink up and look 10 years younger."

It's true: people will buy anything.

Um, why is this kind of crap on Boing Boing? If I wanted to see stupid political-bashing crap there are thousands of mouth-breather blogs who post this kind of garbage day in and day out.

This is a step down for Boing Boing. I expected better.

I read somewhere that the carbon footprint of a person flying is approximately the same as that of one who is flying. It does not go up or down exponentially the more people you add to the equation. The only thing that flying does is get you someplace faster. The damage to the environment is approximately the same.

Traveling by plane is such a pain in the ass now that anytime I have to travel less than 600 miles, I'll gladly jump in a rental car and drive. The time spent at the airport, in security lines, on the tarmac and waiting for crappy weather to clear sometimes works out to be more or equal to the amount of time it takes me to drive.

Well, this would explain where the missing 5 million emails from the White House disappeared to.

My coworker and I were just interviewed by Reuters TV about this (outside J&R in NYC). It was a kind of "man on the street" interview. I have no idea of our answers were good enough for the clip soundbite they were looking for.
