I saw the show, and while he said "don't do this at home" I was a little concerned that he didn't also say "THIS IS DANGEROUS!" because most people don't know that it is *much* more dangerous than inhaling helium. Heavier-than-air gases won't leave your lungs on their own, like helium will, because of gravity.

I took a C++ course in college where all the assignments used win32. I did them all on linux, using winelib instead.

Judging by the comments here, and conversations I've had with other people, I doubt that the number of people susceptible to this is as low as 30%. The genetics that cause this are probably universal.
