I got one of these in mint condition from when I was a kid. It's been in a ziploc bag since 1982. Are these pamphlets that rare?

The statue is on the Seibu-Shinjuku train line, but it's not in Shinjuku. It's at Kami-Igusa Station in Suginami-ku, Tokyo.
