Deciphering the myriad of claims on a carton of eggs

Everyone seems crazed about the Omega 3's, but I have been told that any benefit that Omega 3 fatty acids have is destroyed by cooking them, rendering this claim on most eggs to be pointless (unless you're getting the cookies before they're baked :)
Anyone able to corroborate this or disprove it?

I love that something that's supposed to be based on background checks and providing more security was given away as schwag. That shows how useless this whole concept is.

It's actually pretty cool in person - It was at the Field Museum's (In Chicago) map exhibit until last weekend.
There's very faint ornate lettering in gold leaf naming some of the towns but it's hard to read and most has rubbed off.

Wow, is it just me or is anyone else horrified at that picture knowing how well coffee grows in the shade of the rainforest. Coffee is a crop that should not be grown in clearcut plantations like that.
