They do pay the common employees benifital wages, and do have sufficient training or advancement opportunities and now they dont state anything about disable employee who requires ongoing medical care to reimburse the medical they paid. I work at a wal-mart and what you say about it is not true. The pay is great and the benefits are to, they also have lots of opportunities for advancesment and more education if needed. I am also a college student. Dont say things you know nothing about, hince you are not a walmart employee so you know none of the benefits or opportunitites.
