There is no mention of the article at the Science and Technology Law Review website linked from Gizmodo - not in current issue, not in archive.

Also, there's a strange mention here:

Anyone know for sure that Amazon mp3s aren't watermarked with embedded purchaser info like iTunes DRM-free mp3s?
