The co-chair of aforementioned The Legislative Committee, Jeff Merkley, who is neck-and-neck with progressive activist Steve Novick (my employer) in a Democratic primary race for the U.S. Senate, just copied, without permission or attribution, the web design and code of our campaign to launch a deceptive, last-minute attack website against us.
