Did this Sony Bravia ad rip off Kozyndan?

October 11, 2007 10:13am

bummer.
i too have a bunch of kozyndan books and prints in the house (and i've given several more as gifts), so i'm sad to see them getting jacked like that...
hopefully there's a silver lining and the BB-generated traffic gives them a sales bump.

Bad info-graphic: Ikea shopping hours chart

September 24, 2007 2:41pm

Sorry - I can't stand going into Ikea because I feel like I'm an unwitting participant in a cattle drive, but there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with this graphic.

* M-F and Sunday graphics are pretty self-explanatory: Ikea opens at 10am, and closes at 9pm and 8pm, respectively.

* The store's longest day is Saturday. They open at 9am and close at 9pm. This graphic has no greyed-out "closed" time, so I suppose it's more confusing, but a little application of logic should work...

Maybe adding an "opening time" and "closing time" marker would help?

FWIW, the School Library Journal entry for Ice Haven (Eightball #22 repackaged) prefaces its blurb with the classification Gr 10 Up. So close and yet so far, apparently...
