I was there in 2000, one of my fondest memories of my trip to France with my then-future wife. It's a great experience, and slightly weird. It's definitely strange to know that you are standing amongst the remains of millions of people. One of those places where you "feel" the history.

Unfortunately, most of the midcities, lewisville, and denton have not paid to be part of DART. I think it's only a matter of time.

The in-ability for people to see the "big picture" really pisses me off.

I realize the article is pertaining to consumers trying to do business, but I find it interesting that "consumers" is the word of choice, instead of "citizens".

Wow- thank you. I have been looking for this book forever. Pretty sure my mom got rid of it after I went to college. Pgs 38 and 39 had me believing in global warming from a very young age.

Derelict bank-vault photos

The building I live in also used to be a bank building, circa 1910. One night after carousing at the bar, we snuck into the basement construction area and peed in the vaults. The area is now a "vip ultra lounge". So it goes.
