There is always some kind of way around DRM for material that humans can sense. Content can always be intercepted from its physical manifestation, if not in its original digital form, then in the first-generation analog form that we see or hear. Less convenient than making an exact digital copy, but given the excellent quality generally available, good enough for folks who aren't into paying for their use of IP.

I can respect the way that having the originators of the content be responsible for sending take down notices means that spaces/areas of the internet, means that website owners can do what they do best: making websites, rather than policing copyright.
