Condoms offert near 100% protection agains HIV.
Circumcision only give you "less probability" to be contamined.

To place the two on the smale scale is saying to people: "if you're circumcises (witch is a mutilation!) it's ok to have sex without condom"

And then you get Africa with these millions of circumcises people dying from aids...

This looks shopped, I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shops in my time... ;)

Why one of the watch should be "for men" and the other one "for women" ?

What you have to remember is that there is "two" catacombs in Paris: the official one, wich is secured and have an average size (1 hours max to visit it) and a forbiden one that goes for *kilometers* under the entire city and behond. The latest is of course the more interesting but you MUST know your way if you dont want to get lost for days in the tunnels. Resistants during WW2, cave lovers or artists use them; police even found a underground (and illegal) movie theater some years ago in it!

And that it: no pen, no computers (some citys try to introduce electronic voting, i hope it will fail), no need to push some strange card ... with a 60 millions population, the results are known a few hours later.
So why made it more complicated ?
