I used to work for Wal Mart and they do treat their employees like crap. They are all about that mighty dollar. They pretend to help the community but when they do it is the employees that are helping not the company in general. The employees have to volunteer their time without any compensation. On pay raises and promotions it depends on who you know not your qualification. I would not encourage anyone to work for this company unless you want to be treated like a peon.
