I think it's only fair...if they can take photos of me without my consent with the CCTV, then I can take photos of them taking photos of me!!!

I agree that is could very well be real, Snopes doesn't call it an urban legend or a hoax, just that it's status is "Undetermined". So I don't think you can accurately call it "BS" just yet...
