Teen in skimpy dress denied prom entrance

May 12, 2008 10:24am

The dress is hideous but I doubt its the reason she was taken away in handcuffs. More likely she was being disruptive. ...Though she deserved her money back.

Kids' how-to-cheat videos

February 2, 2008 6:31pm

Some of these things are more work and less effective than just simply revising your notes quickly. Seriously, i always thought it was more work to cheat than to just educate yourself. Not being judgemental, if you want to cheat, go for it, but seriously, just simply preparing for the test legit is far less work than cheating, plus you will have to prepare even less for the next test no doubt.

Korean news anchor loses her job for giggling

January 16, 2008 1:09pm

When reporting serious news you're meant to be solemn and objective. If she can't do that, then she can't do her job. why not fire her?

If she was reporting on dog weddings or something that might be different but the newscast was reporting forty having had been killed. Giggling is very innapropriate in that context and not at all professional. Is the news station so wrong for demanding some professionalism from it's anchors?
