Ouch! Sorry I'll miss you. Leaving Naperville (you're there next Wednesday) for Mequon (you're there next Friday) on Friday then off for a week in Ontario (you're in TO tomorrow). You're hitting my favorite bookstores when I'm out of town. Quite the coincidence. Like the time I missed Terry Pratchett. Thankfully Terry came again a couple of years later and I got to hear him. Hopefully you will do the same.

There is no where you can go. When the dollar collapses it will take all the dollar holders (most other countries) with it.

As for timing, wouldn't it be ironic if the US decided it could afford universal health care only after the dollar collapsed?

Anyone seen as a potential threat is subject to immediate execution. Thankfully all of our decisions are rational and are in our best interest.
