I'm late to the game as far as commenting on the new site design, but here goes anyway. I appluad your efforts, and appreciate the work, thought, and time that obviously went into it. However. I find the new format difficult to read, and greatly dislike the copius amount of scrolling required to take it all in.

Basically I'd say that the design in and of itself is pleasing, but for a news-type blog, not well-suited for content delivery. Please please make the old version available for those of us who loved it. Sadly, I find myself glossing over boingboing in my bookmarks since the change. I *want* to continue to read every day like I have for years...
