WTF?!, a Flash-based World of Warcraft parody

I beat it - I think. There seems to be one quest that doesn't work (einstein) and it gets very silly at the end (When you enter supermario world and get all of marios implements, you become so powerful that you can't be stopped by anybody except marx, who is still WAY WAY too powerful to be defeated. One of the "worlds" is entirely empty - a desert are with crappy graphics from "Moon Blasters" overlaid. Not worth the time.
Darth Vader, blues harmonicist

As previously noted - the Harmonica Track is "Lost John" by Sonny Terry. This clip doesn't include the hottest portions of it. It is available on the "Treasury of Library of Congress Field Recordings." The album, as the title suggests, has some real treasures on it, and is highly recommended by this commenter.
Derren Brown live in London's West End -- astounding!

We need more people like Darren Brown in the U.S.m so stupid things like this don't happen:
The charge from the school district — Wizardry!
Substitute teacher Jim Piculas does a 30-second magic trick where a toothpick disappears then reappears.
But after performing it in front of a classroom at Rushe Middle School in Land 'O Lakes, Piculas said his job did a disappearing act of its own.
"I get a call the middle of the day from head of supervisor of substitute teachers. He says, 'Jim, we have a huge issue, you can't take any more assignments you need to come in right away,'" he said.
When Piculas went in, he learned his little magic trick cast a spell and went much farther than he'd hoped.
"I said, 'Well Pat, can you explain this to me?' 'You've been accused of wizardry,' [he said]. Wizardry?" he asked
Dick Cheney's shades reflect a strange being

Odd that they lowered the resolution. When I saw this photo earlier, it was even more obvious that the reflection is of a hand holding a fishing rod.
Radiohead lets fans pick price for new album
September 30, 2007 7:21pm
My friend John Hurd has been working up an entire online store based on the same concept - you choose a price for any of the tracks or albums (DRM-free mp3!) in their catalog and get instant notice of how much is actually going into the artist's pocket. It is a great concept - John says the idea came about because he noticed that when he was busking (Old-time Bass) he made more on album sales if he asked for a donation than if he set a price.
They have a dozen or so Seattle area indy artists using the site, and so far it is working great - It's called songslide - I don't know if BB allows urls, but if they do, it is (naturally) http://www.songslide.com/

For the sample photos posted here, FFox 3 definitely doesn't show a rich color profile (compared to iCab and Safari) The performance hit isn't worth it for me - I use FFox for compatibility purposes only - when I just want to enjoy some shots, I'll turn back to iCab.
