Anyone know if an investigation into those legislators was ever done?

While looking for more details on it, found out that the THE REPORT AIRED ON MARCH 14, 2007. I have found no evidence that they were ever investigated.

Does anyone know what ended up happening to the "Mooninite Terrorists" who were charged under the "hoax device" statute? Did they go to trial, etc?
