Fact 1 - Car windshields are made of a clear material.

Fact 2 - Car windshields have wipers, to keep water that collects on them from obscuring your vision.

Now that you're in possession of these two facts, I want you to do something that the inventor of the Nubrella doesn't appear to have done; think about the impact they might have on your decision to use a clear plastic bubble as an umbrella.

And I really can't see any way this thing doesn't get fogged up after five or ten minutes of walking around in it. I get the feeling that if you've read this article, you've got a pretty good idea what $400,000 worth of FAIL looks like.

I have a Batman alarm clock (seriously, a BATMAN clock) that my best friend gave me for Christmas three years ago.

It is in all seriousness the most well-designed alarm clock I've ever seen.

Not only does it have a projector that puts the time on the ceiling (with the proper orientation to avoid the problem that #2 ran into), but the snooze button is built into the bottom of the clock. Push down on the clock and release == snooze activated, so essentially the entire clock is the snooze bar.

I'm going to give at least a couple of these (and perhaps more) out as Xmas presents this year.

I don't feel the least bit bad about it, either.

My friends and I have been referring to this as "Slurm" for years.

Games Workshop, or maybe DC Comics. "Tentacled space skull" is a Brainiac staple; that's the first thing that came to mind for me.

Yeah, what Shakespear said. A shirt who's target audience is comic book fanboys, that isn't sold in sizes larger than XL? Not the best idea I've ever heard.
