hehe - the much-hated Traffic Warden also uses a digital camera to take photos of people parked in places they shouldn't be.

I find Covonia (available in the UK, not sure about elsewhere) provokes a similar response in people. It's dark brown, and very odd-tasting. Kind of menthol-y. Does the trick on chesty/tickly coughs, though.
