The Maps Exhibition is coming to Baltimore, Maryland next. Those of you on the East Coast should make plans to take the train to Baltimore. The Walters Museum is only a short walk down Charles St. from Baltimore's Penn Station. Opens March 16th.

Tularemia was found around the National Mall in Washington, DC in late September of 2005 after a massive anti-war protest. To this day, I believe that it was placed there by the government to test it as a biological weapon. There has never been any substantial follow-up as to why it was found.

SUX was the cite of the tragic plane crash of Flight 232 on July 19th 1989, which was later remade into a TV movie "Crash Landing: The Rescue of Flight 232."
Sioux City is the cite where the first person died on the Lewis & Clark expedition. His name was Sgt. Floyd and there is a large obelisk in his honor that one can see when driving into the town.
Regardless, it SUX that it's so expensive to fly there.
