Yeah, if you look close, you can see what seems to be another brief's text ABOVE the highlighted brief. It looks like they just cut up the Ohio paper's brief rail and stuck it on this story.
That said, the story came from SOMEWHERE...

Does anyone else think this could have a real-world application as a way to weed out terrorists and other ne'er-do-wellers loitering around buildings to scope out their security systems and accessways?

Also, the "card" is identified by the "DOD" as "digital SD card recovered from area formerly known as Central Park," but the D in SD stands for digital!

Has anyone realized the "recipe" under scrutiny is, to the best of my knowledge, Lexan, the polycarbonate whose patent is owned by GE?
The Times article (or maybe Trailspace.com) also refers to outdoor company GSI working hard to rid its plastics of BPA. GSI uses Lexan.
