  Re: low-carb veganism, lots of beans (soy and others) and other veg are high in protein and low in carb. And the starch in beans tends to be the non-digestible type, so you get a lot of fiber without the carb load. Plus lots of dark green leafies, as well. I remember reading somewhere that spinach has more usable protein per ounce than steak. Sticking to whole grain when you do eat grains helps, since a lot of high-carb diets tend to get that way thanks to heaping helpings of refined wheat and corn. And you can de-carb this even...

  @ #3: A cappucino is essentially equal parts espresso, milk and froth... Froth is made as part of the steaming process, so although you can place froth in an iced drink I wouldn't suggest it... But I think most baristas would oblige by just 86ing the froth... This would really just be a triple shot iced latte. I love over-literalizing things ;]...
