It's pretty rare for a chocolate stout to have any real chocolate in them – the taste generally comes from a modified roasting process. Southern Tier makes a beer called Choklat, though, that is basically alcoholic dark chocolate....

I think Latente and SamSam are right that this one's a multiple exposure – you can, for example, see what is clearly one person's hand in different positions moving up the rail. Also, a single long exposure wouldn't usually behave...
