Can anyone find more details on where these graves are? I can't find anything on http://www.findagrave.com/ for any of these. I'm just wondering if they are real or made up. If anyone can find photographs of the actual graves that would be great. Google just seems to be showing me other references to this book. I know I'm being lazy, but I don't live near any of the places mentioned in the scans....
