  Yep. Guess who still sucks? Coast to coast. TWC is the only major available ISP in my area. Also, a major pain in the rear end. They had me set up a mid-week appointment, and said they'd call before showing up, since I would have to leave work, which is close-by. It was raining real hard, and I felt sorry for the installation guy, so I told him to go ahead and reschedule, which he did through his dispatcher (telling him to make a note to call before showing up), otherwise no one would be there). Guess who didn't call...

  I have to agree with everything you say in/about TWC. I have two acquaintances [in-laws in La Habra/best friend here in SanBerdoo Mtns], that have TWC...and they both continuous and ongoing outages. Not just once in a while, but up to and including multiples in the same week, and for hours at a time. One is a 75+ yr old couple with medical problems and should NOT AT ALL be without phone service [they lose "it all", when it goes],, and the other here locally, is not far behind. Maybe that is what it is going to take to get...

  I live in Charlotte, NC. I found this site by googling "Time Warner Cable Sucks". I have TWC for an ISP & they suck maggot balls out here too. Thought it was just southern, hay-seed inefficiency but I guess they have suckiness pretty much sown up coast to coast....
